Why do I have to order even number of label sheets?
We print your labels "2-up" on an 11 x 17 sheet to save cost for you, and production time for us. We then cut the sheet into two 8 1/2 x 11s which we ship to you. Rather than waste the "extra" sheet if ordering "odd" numbers, we hope that you will be able to utilize the extra sheets.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
We will email you when we start processing our order and then again when your order has shipped.
Orders take up to five business days to fulfill and then ship. We ship USPS so some orders may take up to 5 days depending on where you are located. We ship out of Auburn NY.
